Refund & Return Policy

At Malabar Trading Company (MTC), we are committed to delivering high-quality products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• You receive a wrong product.
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Request

• Return or replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Please email us with:
  - Your Order Number
  - Photos of the product
  - Reason for the return
• Returns should only be sent after receiving confirmation from our support team.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Used or altered products.
• Products without original packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Handmade Products

Some of our handcrafted products may have slight variations in size, weight, or finish. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Fraudulent Claims

MTC reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if false or misleading information is provided or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
