At Malabar Trading Company (MTC), we currently deliver only within India.
Domestic Shipping
We deliver products across India only.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
Kerala: 2–5 business days
Other States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
